Halifax Agricultural Show 11th August 2007

Halifax Agricultural Show have a wide variety of classes including Cattle, Horses, Bees, Rabbits, Fun Dog and even Mice! They also have classes for Horticulture and Handicraft. 

It is on the 11th August 2007 at Savile Park Moor.

Calderdale YFC at Halifax Agricultural Show

Last year our stand was a HUGE success at the show so we will be having one again this year.  This helps to promote our Club and fundraise!  It is also a good excuse for us Young Farmers to have a laugh especially at those getting dunked!!

We will need some volunteers to help us on the day. If you are interested in representing the Club and having some fun let us know!

 

Help

Halifax Agricultural Show have asked if we would help set up and take down the showground.

They need help setting up during the week before the show day and on the show day after the show to clear up!  If your feeling keen there will be some work to do on the Sunday too!

If you have a pick up or can tow a trailer and can spare some time you could help transport items from Sowerby Bridge to the Show ground(Monday / Tuesday) and back again on Sunday.
